Introduction for HH2100 Series Single Shaft Blade Mixer (Standard model)
一、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
1、智能穩(wěn)定，廣泛適用于飼料、食品、糧食、化工、釀造、面粉等行業(yè)；
Stable and efficient, widely used in feed, food, grain, chemical, brewing, flour and other industries;
2、混合效率高，混合時(shí)間90S內(nèi)混合均勻度CV≤5%；
High mixing efficiency with mixing evenness CV≤5% in 90s;
3、槳葉設(shè)計(jì)為裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)，可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要方便調(diào)整漿葉和筒體的間隙，降低物料殘留量；
The blade is designed as assembly structure, which can easily adjust the gap between blade and cylinder according to the production requirements, and could effectively reduce the residual material;
4、軸端采用雙重密封，確保不漏料；
The shaft end adopts double seal to ensure no material leakage;
5、液體添加方便快捷，混合機(jī)機(jī)體上可以根據(jù)用戶需要，多點(diǎn)安裝液體添加噴涂設(shè)備，方便多種液體添加；
Liquid add can be convenient and fast. According to user requirements,multi-point installation of liquid add spraying equipment can be installed on mixing machine bodyto add a variety of liquidconveniently;
6、加大型回風(fēng)管，保證下料速度快且順暢；
Enlarge return duct to ensure fast and smooth cutting speed;
7、大檢修門(mén)，方便清理及維護(hù)；
It is easy to clean and maintenance, because of oversized maintenance door;
8、檢修門(mén)配置有行程開(kāi)關(guān)，設(shè)備維護(hù)和清理時(shí)保護(hù)人員安全；
The access door is equipped with a stroke switch to protect personnel safety during equipment maintenance and cleaning;
9、卸料門(mén)采用全敞開(kāi)門(mén)結(jié)構(gòu)，物料瞬間排空，殘留少；
The unloading door adopts the fully open door structure, which makes the material emptied instantly with extremely small residue.
10、卸料門(mén)門(mén)框密封裝置，杜絕漏料；
Uniqueframe sealing device for the unloading door prevents leakage;
11、主軸采用軸裝式硬齒面減速傳動(dòng)，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。
The spindle adopts shaft-mounted hard tooth surface deceleration transmission, which make sure the stable and efficient operation.
