Reaction characteristics：
LY2510924是一種有效的、選擇性的CXCR4拮抗劑，特異性地阻止SDF-1與CXCR4的結(jié)合，IC50為0.079 nM；抑制SDF-1誘導(dǎo)的GTP結(jié)合，Kb值為0.38 nM。
LY2510924抑制SDF-1誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞遷移，IC50為0.26 nM；并抑制SDF-1/CXCR4介導(dǎo)的胞內(nèi)信號。LY2510924沒有明顯的激動(dòng)活性。它對其他趨化因子受體如CCR1,CCR2,CXCR2和CXCRChemicalbook3在檢測濃度下沒有抑制活性，對5-羥色胺受體、多巴胺受體、opioidreceptors也沒有活性。
